By using this website or requesting enrollment information, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use of the site.

Educational services

CloudCache Tools provides informational education about secure device inventory practices for offline wallet trackers. Content is not financial, investment, trading, tax, or legal advice. See also our Not Financial Advice page.

Accounts and communications

When you contact us, you agree to provide accurate contact details and not to submit secrets such as seed phrases, private keys, or passwords.

Intellectual property

Site text, templates, branding, and course structures are owned by CloudCache Tools or its licensors. You may not copy course materials for resale or public redistribution without written permission. Limited personal study use of materials provided to enrolled learners is allowed as described in enrollment communications.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt services, scrape content at abusive volumes, or use our materials to facilitate fraud or unauthorized access to systems or funds.

No payments on this site

Pricing pages are informational. Checkout, if any, occurs through separate agreed channels. Refund rules appear in the Refund Policy.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site and educational materials are provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or that inventory practices will prevent loss. Physical security and custody decisions remain yours.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CloudCache Tools is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or lost digital assets arising from use of the site or course information. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the site shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the three months before the claim, or KRW 100,000 if you paid nothing.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify CloudCache Tools against claims arising from your misuse of the site, your submission of unlawful content, or your violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Korea shall have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
